This system seems rather onerous. Not sure that it is equitable either, since if I have spent the money and have experiences to share, I should be able to share it without having restrictions. The proper solution would be for the system to funnel the experiences to the relevant intermediary to verify the actual booking, then up to the web master to vet the format. there would not be that many...
